Requirements
Team Leadership & Development:Appoint, train, and mentor staff within the wholesale department. Assign tasks, set performance goals, and regularly monitor and review individual and team performance to ensure optimal productivity and growth.
Coordination: Collaborate with over all staff to ensure that all they are informed about new product launches, current merchandise, and special promotions, enabling them to provide accurate and timely information to our wholesale customers.
Inventory Management & Stock Control: Oversee inventory levels to ensure that adequate stock of vape products are maintained. Implement efficient stock management processes to minimize overstocking and shortages, ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
Customer Relations & Support: Address and resolve wholesale customer inquiries and complaints related to sales and service in a professional and timely manner. Strive to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Financial Oversight & Security: Manage and oversee the financial records related to wholesale transactions, including invoicing and payment processing. Ensure all security protocols are followed to protect the integrity of our financial operations and the safety of our premises.
Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect and evaluate the quality of merchandise received from suppliers and shipped to wholesale customers. Ensure that all products meet company standards and customer expectations.
Sales Strategy & Promotion: Work closely with the staff to develop and execute effective advertising and promotional strategies tailored for wholesale customers.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all wholesale operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding the sale and distribution of vaping products.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people
Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
Decision-making and organisational skills
